TeleTracking Technologies, the leader in patient flow automation, is seeking an executive level consultant who has experience implementing process improvements, change management, and other types of lean methodologies in the healthcare industry. Executive level presence and experience consulting at the “C” level is required for success in this role. This person will serve as the key interface between senior executives of assigned clients and maintains ongoing direct communication related to the status of the project and operational improvements for clients. Must be comfortable facilitating and presenting to executive level groups and at industry conferences. Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves as the key interface with the senior executives of assigned clients and maintains ongoing direct communication related to project status and operational improvements and challenges
Consistently communicates client outcomes and project status with all appropriate internal and external teams
Facilitates lean sigma kaizen events using tools and methods with large groups
Tracks the financial aspects of a total consulting project and makes adjustments to the project plan to maintain total scope, TeleTracking resources, and deliverables within defined budget and in collaboration with consulting team.
Solicits regular voice of customer related to improvement opportunities and maintains the responsibility to modify the plan to support the most ideal client experience and ultimately identifies and implements consulting improvements in collaboration with entire consulting service.
Works with marketing and sales to provide speaking engagements, written case studies, or other communications critical to broadening our market visibility
Participates as appropriate in client meetings so that the operational and clinical improvement plan and its execution becomes a key focus of client work
Assures that the project plan and execution actively uses data to assess improvements and monitors all activities towards that improvement
Is responsible to bring industry trends and best practice information to the consulting team, project team and to the client’s executive team and monitors adherence to these best practices
Maintains ongoing communication with assigned clients following the completion of the project deliverables or following a TeleTracking implementation and documents all client activities in SalesForce and in appropriate other internal locations
Maintains a solid command of ALL TeleTracking IT solutions and demonstrates strong healthcare operational expertise
Demonstrates business and operational acumen and is skilled at collaborating with senior healthcare executives as well as front line staffs
Possesses systems and process perspective of healthcare operations
Demonstrates the ability to influence others through sound technical and operational knowledge and professionally articulates and leads change and improvement internally at TeleTracking and directly with clients
Demonstrates a strong presentation skill set with both written and oral content
Maintains a strong command of all relevant healthcare industry developments, practices, and innovations and demonstrates the use of these practices consistently in client work
Maintains a strong command of performance improvement (PI) and applies the use of data and PI methodology and Lean Six Sigma towards all client work

Master’s degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare-Related Area.
Bachelor’s degree in business, nursing or related area. RN licensure preferred.
Five or more years of hospital management experience with concentration in healthcare operations
Five or more years of direct patient care experience preferred.
Five or more years of consulting experience required.
Proven ability to lead project work and inspire a team.
Proven expertise in applied use of performance improvement with certification preferred.
