The Value Analysis Manager assumes the role as professional in planning, directing, and managing the Value Analysis department and staff. The Manager is responsible for complying with corporate policy and procedures for managing personnel, resources, supplies and equipment in the department, and for promoting collaboration with internal and external customers. The Value Analysis Manager will be accountable for the development and maintenance of an organizational supply product formulary that provides improved clinical outcomes and reduced costs. They will provide oversight and project management as it pertains to the decision making processes related to products and equipment, forecasting and tracking financial impact. The Value Analysis Manager will lead a cross functional team responsible for providing a systematic assessment and approval process for the evaluation and acquisition of products, equipment, and clinical technology which will fulfill the mission of Gundersen Health System.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college of nursing, as recognized by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing or Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
5-7 years of patient care experience in an acute care setting.
1 year experience in a decision-making position in an area heavily utilizing clinical and physician preference supplies. Previous experience in healthcare management and process improvement projects, data collection and analysis.
Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in the state of employment, some positions may require multiple state licenses
