We are seeking a visionary nurse executive for the position of Assistant Vice President for Nursing in the Department of Psychiatry. Reporting to the chief nursing officer, this senior leader will be responsible to lead and advance nursing practice across the continuum of care, including a 70 bed acute adult inpatient service within a community mental health setting. The successful candidate will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to lead initiatives focused on our mission to deliver outstanding care to the diverse communities we serve, as well promote evidence based practice while fostering a healthy work environment. At least 7-10 years of experience in psychiatric nursing as well as a progressively responsible leadership background is required. MSN required.
