The Nurse Manager leads a team of care providers cultivating collaboration, enthusiasm, and mutual respect. The team provides patient care and supportive services directed towards achievement of positive patient care outcomes, maximizing the patient's involvement in his/her own plan of care, improving service levels, reducing the length of hospitalization, and decreasing costs. Under the manager's leadership patients and their families will experience the benefits of patient focused care through the integrated skills of all care team members. The Nurse Manager has 24 hour responsibility for the overall planning, organization, direction and evaluation of patient care operations for a designated area(s). The Nurse Manager is key in operationalizing the Medical Center's mission, values and goals and creates an environment that supports the nursing professional practice model.

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, along with management experience. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing and have a current Ohio license. Master degree required. Oncology experience preferred.
