We are seeking an Executive Director of Perioperative Services for our client, a faith-based, not-for-profit, teaching hospital. The hospital is part of a larger health system, which provides employees with opportunities for growth within the system.
Responsibilities for the Executive Director of Perioperative Services includes strategic oversight of 24 inpatient ORs, as well as 10 outpatient ORs located at multiple locations
Oversee a total of 185 FTEs
Position is supported by a Director of Perioperative Services who handles the day-to-day operations of the department
With a recent $100 million renovation to the perioperative services department, this teaching hospital boasts a state-of-the-art department complimented by a newly renovated patient tower with all private rooms
The position offers excellent compensation, benefits, and a relocation package
Master’s required and must be an RN
Proven OR leadership experience
Ideal candidate will be a “go-getter” with a proven ability to grow volumes and works collaboratively with surgeons
