Manager Clinic, RN - Oncology
In this role, you will provide leadership for the Oncology department and may need to take on other departments as needed. You will guide nursing leadership toward excellence in practice and will ensure high quality, accessible, and cost-effective health care services that meet the needs of customers and are consistent with regional goals and strategies. In addition, you will supervise assigned staff and will serve as an expert resource and consultant to staff and other areas across the continuum.
At least five years of experience in health care administration, nursing, or related experience
At least two years of supervisory experience
Short and long-range planning experience
A bachelor’s degree in nursing, public health, business administration, a health care related field, or four years of directly related experience; a master’s degree is preferred
A valid Hawaii RN License
Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider CPR or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification
Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in word processing, spreadsheet, and database PC applications
