MaineHealth Care at Home is seeking a Clinical Director in Rockland. This senior clinical leadership position is responsible for provision of effective management and leadership of nursing services and programs and staff in their assigned division. Using the theoretical model of Triple Aim – Plus, the Clinical Director leads, guides, supports, and directs staff to provide highly reliable, evidenced based, patient-family centered quality care. This position reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and supervises designated program areas including clinical coordinators, clinical managers, specialty staff as well as clinicians, and/or support staff as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s degree preferred.
Three to five years of clinical experience; supervisory and home health management experience.
State of Maine licensure as Registered Nurse.
Additional specialty certification or education is highly desirable.
Current, valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle, with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy.
Current certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers.
Proficient with Electronic Health Record, OASIS, and PPS.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong and effective leadership skills.
Ability to manage in a hectic environment to achieve Agency goals and quality care outcomes.
Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with staff and coworkers.
