The Director of Patient Care Services is responsible for insuring the resources and infrastructure needed to develop and retain staff, implementation of cost-effective, evidence-based practices in order to optimize clinical outcomes and achieve the financial goals and operational efficiencies of the organization and the areas of responsibility. Director will be responsible for providing leadership oversight for 280+ FTEs assigned to the Trauma Program, Emergency Departments, Trauma ICU, General ICU and Burn ICU.

One of the busiest Emergency Departments in the state of Tennessee with nearly 50,000 visits annually.
Regional One is designated as a Level 1 Trauma Center in the states of Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas.
Regional Medical Center is home to the only Level 1 Trauma Center within 150 miles.
Over the last two decades, the Center’s team of surgeons, anesthesiologists, trauma nurse practitioners, certified registered nurse anesthetists, nurses, respiratory therapists, orderlies, x-ray techs, lab techs and medical students have treated nearly 100,000 trauma patients.
Burn Center has earned verification from the American Burn Association (ABA) and the American College of Surgeons (ACS), making it the only Burn Center in Tennessee to earn this distinctive honor.
EDUCATION: BSN required. Master's Degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration/Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in nursing with demonstrated leadership experience.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Current license to work as Registered Nurse in TN.
