Republic Health Resources seeks experienced nursing professionals to serve as Interim Directors/Managers of Med/Surg, Tele, ER, ICU, L&D, NICU and Case Management nationwide. The leaders responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Directing and evaluating patient care activities
Demonstrating clinical expertise in all areas of specialty care
Leading and motivating nursing professionals to develop their practice, knowledge and skills while collaborating and coordinating with other members of the health care team to ensure quality patient care
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree (MSN) preferred
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in clinical specialty; ability to mentor staff; previous hands-on, clinical experience in specialty; strong clinical skills; knowledge of professional standards, regulatory requirements and reimbursement methods; strong communications and interpersonal skills
License: Active State, or Compact License in state of practice
Certifications: As required by specialty
Computer Skills: Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft Office suite experience preferred
