SSM Health Vice President of Patient Care Services-CNO at St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo, Wisconsin is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of a culture of patient safety, standardization of clinical operations and care processes throughout the hospital. This highly autonomous role provides oversight for all clinical service areas including strategic planning in accordance with the philosophy and mission of SSM Health Care.
This executive position reports to the President of St. Clare Hospital-Baraboo with indirect relationships with both regional and system CNO leadership. Bachelor's in Nursing and Master's degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare Administration
Current unrestricted or ability to obtain a current unrestricted license as a registered nurse in WI
Minimum of three years nursing leadership experience
Minimum of three years of nursing bedside experience
