The Chief Operating Officer of AONE is responsible for the executive management of all AONE business operations in accordance with the mission, vision, and strategic priorities of the AHA and AONE. Leads and oversees development and execution of organizational strategic plan and priorities. Responsible for fiscal performance of operating unit and individual business initiatives. Accountable for financial performance that meets revenue, expense, and margin targets. Represents AONE to external and internal constituents to develop collaborative opportunities and position AONE as the voice of nursing leadership. Demonstrates ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution skills. Serves as a transformational leader to advance the work of AONE.

Minimum 12 years of experience leading multi-layered operations and leading teams of individuals from diverse experiences.
Executive-level leadership of an association, non-profit organization, or corporation whose information, products, and services meet the needs of defined constituents.
Deep knowledge of issues impacting health care associations.
