Witt/Kieffer has been retained by Orlando Health Medical Group (OHMG) to conduct the search for their next Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative, visionary, experienced nursing executive to actively engage as a member of the OHMG leadership team by providing clinical expertise, advice and strategic direction.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Orlando Health and President of OHMG, Dr. Sunil Desai, the OHMG CNO is responsible for all ambulatory patient care operations. This role provides leadership and oversight to all outpatient clinical care provided across the various site locations within the region. The CNO serves as a member of the OHMG senior executive leadership team and is responsible for all of its nursing clinical activities for ambulatory services supporting the mission of Orlando Health. In addition to ensuring positive operational and clinical performance, the CNO is expected to reinforce Orlando Health's performance goals relative to patient satisfaction, clinical quality, patient safety, employee engagement, and physician relations.
Candidates must have minimum of 10 years of progressive management/administrative experience with a minimum of 5 years of management experience at the senior level, preferably in an ambulatory setting. The ideal candidate must also have demonstrated in-depth experience in managing in clinical operations and would have experience working in a complex health system environment. A Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field and a Master’s degree in nursing or a related field is required. One of the degrees must be in Nursing.
