Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Manager to join our SICU/BICU/BWU units. The nurse manager is responsible for overseeing nursing practice in the SICU/BICU/BWU units and carrying 24 hour responsibility, 7 days a week. He/she leads professional and non-professional staff to ensure effective, safe and therapeutic patient care in a dynamic academic setting.
5 or more years of nursing experience in ICU setting required, burn experience is ideal; previous manager or leadership experience strongly preferred.
BSN required; MSN strongly preferred.
RN license required; related certification a plus.
