Franciscan Health - Olympia Fields is a 321-licensed bed, full service hospital and is part of the Franciscan Health System, (formerly Franciscan Alliance) a trusted leader in providing faith-based, integrated health care. The hospital is part of Franciscan Health, a 14-hospital integrated delivery system which serves patients in Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan. Beyond their 14 hospitals, Franciscan Health also offers a number of nationally recognized Centers of Healthcare Excellence as well as a 670 employed physician medical group, Franciscan Physician Network (FPN).

The ideal candidate will be a proven leader who holds themselves and others accountable, and leads through influence, collaboration, and persuasion. An undergraduate degree in nursing plus a graduate degree in nursing, business, healthcare or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience are required.
