The Assistant Chief Nursing Executive for Chandler Hospital is responsible and accountable for nursing care quality, practice and resources within those settings. The position is expected to interact with physician and administrative partners to develop and maintain the overall clinical programs that ensure patient care quality and associated outcomes. The role interacts and collaborates with other assistant CNE colleagues to ensure nursing care standards and approaches are complementary and meet the needs of patients at whatever point they may intersect the UK HealthCare system. The Assistant CNE serves as a nursing practice expert in working with clinical colleagues.
Doctoral degree in Nursing or related field preferred. Previous experience and demonstrated leadership and management ability with a minimum of five years’ experience in managing multiple units or a large complex system in a teaching facility preferred
