Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is recruiting for a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)to administer the hospital's nursing and patient services. The CNO is responsible for planning, coordinating and directing all in-patient, emergency, trauma, behavioral health, palliative care and wound care nursing services and other services as assigned. The CNO is responsible for quality and standards of patient care, patient safety, the preparation and administration of the annual operating and capital budget, and regulatory compliance. The CNO provides leadership for the planning and coordinating of all aspects of clinical nursing and patient care services. The CNO is charged with directing and maintaining a high consistency of care and positive organizational culture among nursing staff. As a member of the senior management team, the CNO supports and facilitates an interdisciplinary team approach to the delivery of care. This includes creating a nursing environment in which collaboration is valued and excellence in clinical care, education, and quality is promoted and achieved. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

License: Must possess and maintain licensure as a Registered Nurse with the State of California Board of Registered Nursing.
Education: Master's degree in nursing, healthcare or business administration.
Experience: Five (5) years of senior level management experience in an acute care hospital.
