Responsible for daily operations of all departments under Surgical Services. Participates in the development of a strategic vision and implements strategies for patient care delivery and hospital operations. Collaborates with Medical Staff to advance quality strategies, ensure professional work environment, facilitate timeliness of services and enhance patient satisfaction. Oversees development of clinical and financial systems. Oversees development and implementation of capacity expansion plans. Responsible for the procurement and maintenance of equipment & supplies and staffing & training of employees.
BSN and National Certification required.
Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
State of Washington Registered Nurse License required.
Experience in Surgical Services with demonstrated progressive responsibility in leadership role.
