The System Director of Clinical Quality Analytics will lead the Clinical Quality Analytics team to meet the clinical analytic and information needs of Covenant Health System. This position will work closely with financial analytics and decision support, nursing leadership, and quality leadership, to create and assist in leading an integrated analytics structure, providing data, information, and analysis to facilitate continued clinical and financial excellence across the health system.
This position requires a unique skill set including experience and training in a clinical setting as well as extensive computer expertise including but not limited to: computer systems and software, information security, healthcare systems, data quality, protection of patient privacy, data display, design, linkage, and archiving/retrieval of information.
Master’s Degree in Nursing or Business required.
Five (5) years health care quality experience required. Knowledge of evolving quality programs, measures and regulatory compliance requirements.
Active Registered Nurse License for the State of Tennessee required. Certified Profession in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
