EvergreenHealth in Kirkland, WA is currently seeking candidates for the SVP/CNO position. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual is a member of the senior leadership team and is responsible for providing system-wide leadership and direction of nursing care and practice for EvergreenHealth. The lead nursing executive oversees Nursing Operations, Women’s & Children’s Services, Acute Care Services, Emergency Services, Respiratory Therapy, Care Management, Employee Health, Infection Control & Prevention, Infusion Care, Dialysis, Organ, Tissue Donation Services and Home, Hospice & Palliative Care.

The successful candidate will have a BSN and be master’s prepared in nursing and/or health services, public or business administration and have seven years of progressive management experience with a minimum of five years serving at the senior leadership level in an acute care environment. Current or eligibility for licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington is required. The ideal candidate will also have experience working within a multi- hospital system. Prior union experience is beneficial, but not required.
