We currently have an outstanding full-time opportunity for a Nursing Director in our Infant/Toddler Unit. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have a passion for the care of children with special needs and will ensure the provision of evidence-based, high quality child centered, family focused nursing care. She/he will be highly energetic and engaging and have excellent clinical and communication skills to inspire, lead, manage and mentor a dynamic team of nursing and other healthcare personnel. Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer the Director will participate in the multi-disciplinary planning, administering, and direction of the all daily activities of the patient care unit.

Ideal candidates will possess a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing, with a strong preference of a Master’s Degree in Nursing; or be currently enrolled in a Master’s program. In addition, 5 years’ experience in a pediatric setting in which 2 years must be in a supervisory capacity. Must possess a current NYS RN license.
