The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) coordinates, plans and manages nursing and ancillary services to maintain the highest quality of care possible. The CNO is responsible for ensuring patient care is consistent with regulatory standards as well as internal expectations. The CNO will participate in the analysis, planning and strategic goals and implementation of clinical programs. CNO oversight scope includes: Acute Care, Emergency Services, Surgical Services, Chemotherapy and IV Infusion Unit, Pharmacy, Cardiopulmonary Services, Rehabilitative Services, Imaging Services, Laboratory Services, Nutrition and Diabetes Education, Quality Risk Management, Utilization Review and Risk Management, Employee Health Education, Infection Control, and Medical Staff Coordination. Serves as Corporate Compliance Officer for Cabinet Peaks Medical Center.

Minimum of five years management/leadership experience required.
Five or more years recent clinical work experience as a Registered Nurse in a variety of disciplines.
Three or more years in a nursing supervisory capacity.
BSN Required. Current RN License within Montana.
