The UK HealthCare Chief Nurse Executive will oversee nursing practice across the UK HealthCare Enterprise. Specifically, this position will provide strategic and operational direction for the clinical team to ensure coordination of interdisciplinary practices and a patient-centered cultural focus. This position is responsible for leading, supporting and modeling a service-oriented culture focused on employee engagement, quality, patient safety, service-excellence, fiscal responsibility and the overall patient experience. The Chief Nurse Executive serves as a member of the executive leadership team, building and supporting effective collegial relationships with internal and external constituents to guarantee optimal operating effectiveness and strategic positioning. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of nursing clinical leadership experience, a proven track record of collaborative work and excellent communication skills.
