Facilitate the planning, organization, implementation, and control of the resources essential to achieve optimal performance of the department to deliver high-quality care and administrative management on a 24-hour basis.
The versatile professional we seek possesses a BSN or master's degree from an accredited school or college of nursing, 3 or more years of recent clinical nursing experience as well as inpatient experience, current licensure as an RN in a recognized NCSBN Compact State, not a permanent resident of South Carolina, and a current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider Card. Recent management and/or administrative experience is preferred.
