| The Director of Center for Clinical Practice, Education and Magnet Designation is responsible for development, monitoring and oversight of clinical and clinical educational programming for Englewood Health’s clinical roles, including but not limited to registered nurses and advanced practice nurses, physicians, physician assistants, pharmacists, technologists/support staff in radiology, respiratory, rehabilitation, pharmacy, laboratory, nursing, and other all other clinical roles. In concert with and under the direction of the Sr. Vice President Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer, this position will lead the Center for Clinical Practice (CCP) in practice change efforts, utilizing the ANCC Magnet framework, to promote the professional development, engagement, systems and processes of multidisciplinary staff at all levels. Responsible for the integration of evidence-based practice, performance improvement, quality indicators, and research initiatives into professional practice by serving as an ambassador and coordinator of the Magnet program. Leads the newly launched Kaplen Institute for Nursing Excellence and its five centers to support and enhance the nursing practice environment. Provides oversight for the clinical affiliations of schools of nursing and the Health Science Library (HSL).
