The Adult Critical Care Services Nurse Director is responsible for the direction and leadership of operational, financial, and personnel activities within the department. This includes establishing, meeting and continuously monitoring the goals and objectives while maintaining alignment with the strategic goals and objectives for STHS including Level II Trauma requirements and Comprehensive Stroke Requirements. The Adult Critical Care Director will have oversight of a 20+ bed Emergency Department, a 38 bed ICU/PICU and will be responsible for overseeing the management of the hemodialysis population of patients.
