Summary of Position:As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) will be responsible for overseeing effective day-to-day operations, short and long range planning, strategic marketing and business plan development to ensure marketplace competitiveness, the development of new services and programs, effective fiscal management, and effective quality improvement and quality control processes in the acute nursing services and select ancillary services within Barton Memorial Hospital.
