Our policy management software, fully customizable policy library, regulatory notification system and learning management system were developed specifically for the needs of healthcare professionals, by experienced healthcare experts.

The Healthcare Content Writer is the cornerstone of our offerings. We are looking for a full-time expert to contribute to MCN Healthcare content. This position is remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, write, and edit healthcare policies, procedures, forms, educational materials, and blogs

Translate complex regulatory standards into user-friendly policies and procedures.

Stay current with changes in regulatory body standards, federal regulations, and best practice. 

Research evidence-based practices through literature, professional organizations, standards of practice

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

Minimum BSN degree

Minimum 5 years nursing experience to include acute care

Previous experience developing and writing policies, procedures, forms, and educational materials

Performance and process improvement, compliance, or accreditation experience a plus

Knowledgeable of healthcare operational processes

Strong knowledgeable of Joint Commission, DNV and other accrediting organization standards as well as federal regulations

Computer literate

Experience with MS Office Suite
