Summary Basic Function and Responsibilities The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) provides leadership in all aspects of nursing in Ambulatory Care Services (ACS). The CNO will have full accountability for nursing practice and partner with the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for operational clinical services and assigned patient care services throughout Ambulatory Care Services integrating the Michigan Medicine mission, vision, and values with a focus on patient and family centered care.
