Indiana University Health is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented leader to join our System Nursing leadership team as the Vice President – Evidence Based Practice and Implementation.  The Vice President – Evidence Based Practice and Implementation will support the Executive Vice President & Chief Nurse Executive in setting strategic vision for nursing and patient care services throughout IU Health. This leader will build and direct an evidence-based practice model and governance structure for nurses on a system level consistent with quality, safety, and workforce priorities while ensuring alignment with key stakeholders across the organization. The Vice President will work closely with key system business service leaders to assure nurses are pr
