Shriners Children's Ohio is dedicated to the treatment of pediatric burns as well as plastic/reconstructive surgery and craniofacial conditions.  The Nurse Manager provides leadership in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.  the manager has 24/7 accountability for the inpatient unit to ensure that safe and appropriate care is provided.  The Nurse Manager functions as both a clinical leader and resource nurse and collaborates actively with medical, administrative, and interdisciplinary leadership to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
