Nurse Manager – Emergency Department  Overview The Nurse Manager is the designated leader responsible for the provision of high-quality nursing care that is compliant with federal, state and local regulations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to 24/7 accountability for the assigned unit(s), daily operations, interprofessional collaboration, execution of policies & procedures, financial management, development of strategic projects, support of growth and the patient and staff experience. The Nurse Manager assesses, plans, implements, monitors and evaluates nursi
