Chief Clinical Officer
The CCO is an integral member of the healthcare team providing leadership to Directors. This position oversees and guides the delivery of safe, quality services. The CCO is a liaison among the administrative team, medical staff and department directors. The CCO assists the CEO and administrative team in the development, formulation, and implementation of hospital strategic plans and serves as part of the hospital’s executive team. The CCO is a role model who leads by example and facilitates communication and change that supports BVRMC’s mission of “improving the health of the people and communities we serve”. Responsible for the organization and administration Clinical Departments in a manner consistent with the philosophy of the hospital and the standards
