The Director, Nursing Excellence implements the vision and strategy for nursing to achieve nursing quality, safety, and experience goals to outperform national benchmarks as set by the executive leadership team. In partnership with the VP of Patient Care Services/CNO, this role is responsible for the implementation of Rady Children's nursing professional practice, professional development, nursing education and training programs, and clinical research.
