Director, Nursing- Med Surg Units at Baptist Health Hardin Directs the operations of designated patient care units/departments and assists the Vice President of Nursing in the 24-hour management of nursing care to patients within the inpatient nursing departments. Responsible for managing, monitoring, and evaluating nursing/patient care systems and patient outcomes attributable to nursing/patient care practices. The position is also responsible for resource management, policy and program development, fiscal management, and for establishing and maintaining effective communication within the hospital, the community, and in the professional environment.
