Are you passionate about excellence in nursing and ready to lead CoxHealth's Magnet® designation? We're looking for a visionary Magnet Program Director to spearhead our journey in nursing excellence and serve as a strategic partner to our Chief Nursing Officer.

What You'll Do:

As our Magnet Program Director, you’ll be the driving force behind our Magnet® designation efforts. You’ll lead, plan, and coordinate all aspects of our Magnet journey—maintaining our alignment in nursing practice with ANCC standards and elevating professional practice across the organization. You'll also collaborate on key initiatives and special projects in support of nursing administration and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Magnet® designation and re-designation process from planning to submission and site visit preparation
• Serve as a liaison to internal teams, nursing leaders, and Magnet advisors
• Analyze and interpret nursing quality data to align with Magnet standards
• Promote a culture of excellence, shared governance, and continuous improvement
• Support CNO-led strategic initiatives and projects as needed
