SALARY RANGE: 105,872.00 - 164,091.20YEARLY

General Summary:

Nurse Managers are responsible for the management of one or more defined areas of nursing service. Nurse Managers allocate resources to promote efficient, safe and high quality care based on the professional standards and scopes of nursing practice.

Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrates competency in the ANA Nurse Administrator Standards of Practices and professional performances.
   2. Attains patient satisfaction and quality measures goals.
   3. Demonstrates nursing leadership by role modeling professional behavior; exercising core values and practicing innovation.
   4. All other duties as assigned within the scope and range of job responsibilities.

Required Education, Credential(s) and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor Degree Nursing: Will accept a bachelor degree in another discipline if candidate holds a MSN.
• Credential(s): Registered Nurse, Basic Life Support Certification related to the position, if applicable.
• Experience:  Required: Three (3) years of nursing experience; previous leadership roles as a preceptor/ clinical coordinator.
