Nationwide Children’s Hospital, consistently ranked among the top pediatric hospitals in the country, is seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Vice President Patient Care Services & Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead our nationally recognized nursing enterprise into the future of pediatric care.

The incoming CNO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of nursing and patient care services across our expansive network. The CNO will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a diverse and high-performing nursing and patient care services team and build upon a legacy of nursing excellence to drive transformative initiatives in clinical quality, workforce development, and patient & family experience. 

The ideal candidate will possess the skills and experience to lead a world-class nursing culture and oversee the strategic direction of nursing and patient care services.  Applicants must have a distinguished nursing leadership record, a reputation as a collaborative leader, and ability to mentor the next generation of nursing leaders.
